Your career starts here!  Our networking client is seeking a Help Desk Support (Tier 1) candidate to add to their team.  They have multiple offices, Concord, NH, Swanzey, NH, Pittsburgh, PA and Scarborough, ME - you get to pick which one you'd like to work in!

You must have the following to qualify:
-An outstanding customer service mind-set and record
-You must love people and possess patience
-1 to 3 years of experience in help desk support
-Ability to work overtime to complete tasks assigned
-MCP or equivalent
-ConnectWise or equivalent experience
-Understanding of internet technologies and products, change procedures
-Great communication skills

As the first point-of-contact for customers, you will identify, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical computer-related problems.  You will evaluate, fix or elevate the problems as needed.  You will also train on software applications as needed.
